Our Scout Service
You know what sort of property you want to buy, you have a good idea of your budget – but you just don’t have the time to undertake the property search yourself. No problem. Let us know the size and type of property you’d like and we’ll use our local knowledge to be your eyes on the ground in Berlin. We’ll draw up a shortlist and then help you to find the property that ticks all the right boxes.

Our After-sales Service
At Paula-Igel, we maintain a relationship with our clients long after the sale of their properties has been finalized. For us, this is normal. We know from experience that suddenly finding yourself the owner of a property in a foreign country can be bewildering. There’s no doubt that you’ll need backup with the practical side of being a landlord, and that’s where we step in to help.
For example, if you get a letter in German that you can’t understand – we’re there to explain it. If you need help contacting a tenant, an accountant or an interior designer – just get in touch.
We’ll also help you to find the right administration for your apartment, a reliable tax consultant, and a good banker – we’ll even book your favourite hotel for you when you return to Berlin to visit your apartment.
And even if you haven’t purchased through us, we’ll gladly help you with the administration of your German property. For a small fee, we can make your life much easier! 

Our Coffee & Consult Service
Perhaps you’d prefer to buy a property from another real-estate agent or private seller, but you’d like some impartial advice. You can consult us about your purchase decision and we will help you to evaluate any project honestly and practically. Our advice to you will be unprejudiced and in your best interest only.
The deal is that you buy the coffees and pay a small fee for our time, and we will advise you about any project you are interested in – independently and using all our experience of the Berlin property market.
